It will also be these personal food choices that will ultimately determine the direction of your overall health. The foods that we choose to eat will be the #1 deciding factor when it comes to feeling better, losing weight, and thinking clearer. In my personal opinion there really is only one way to restore a person’s health. And that is to eat REAL FOOD. My end goal and satisfaction would be to hopefully assist someone out there who may be fighting a health issue or struggling with hidden depression due to a weight problem and desperately wants to lose weight in a safe and healthy manner without having to starve themselves.
